Project description

A large-scale renovation of a chefs kitchen and spacious mudroom enabled the clients to stay in the comforts of their current home and character neighbourhood. It was a decision between moving to a new home and community or staying in the current home and doing a renovation. After a thorough meeting with Creek Stone they decided to stay! Not only was an additional 1500 SQ FT added to the current home but the clients lived in the basement while under construction. Creek Stone ensured a safe and clean workspace to allow the clients to continue living in the home through it all. From the beginning stages of architectural design and permitting to the end stages of zero deficiencies, all were managed and completed by Creek Stone.
A Canmore vibe with a modern feel encompasses you when you enter the home. The transition from new to old is seamless and original features are incorporated and highlighted in the new design. Dark cabinetry, an abundance of natural stone and grand vaulted ceilings create an enchanting rustic feel.
